Meet Team Turquoise’s boss: With over 25 years’ senior-level experience in the ever-changing world of advertising and branding, Steve’s passion for helping his clients’ businesses achieve their absolute best knows no bounds.

Steve has held positions at a variety of design agencies, including Signal Graphics, Beacon Creative, Eurolink Consulting, TDG Integrated, and Adare. He’s created stunning creative branding work for British Airways, DNA Logistics, GEW, Interserve, Rentokil Initial, Start-Rite and Yahoo.

With his perfectionist stance, Steve applies his high standards to everything he does, with more than a little of the magic Turquoise touch from start to finish. His approach is straightforward: clear communication, high-quality results, great customer service – and a proven Return on Investment in his diverse client base.

And yes – his favourite colour really IS turquoise.

Lisa Hallewell

Senior Designer

As a talented graphic designer, Lisa has in-depth experience and has enjoyed considerable success within this highly competitive sector. Her clients have included Harley Davidson, Kent County Cricket Club, British Airways and H&M – to name but a few.

Lisa’s skills span a wide variety of concepts, delivered through even broader media, including branding, advertising, packaging, travel brochures, annual reviews and reports, magazines, publishing, direct mail, websites and exhibition design.

Reliable and committed, her attention to detail, professionalism and listening skills have won her great praise from her clients – although she’s far too modest to say it. Working from an in-depth brief to create something tangible and creative gives her great joy.

Lynne Oakes

Partner & Marketing Manager

Lynne is a highly experienced sales and marketing specialist, with previous roles at Harper Collins Publishers, The Wall Street Journal, and Dow Jones (Europe) International.

Lynne is responsible for the essential back-office processes at Turquoise Creative, as well as a busy marketing and sales support role. Her approach is flawless; she misses nothing. The perfect team player, in fact.

Nick Oakes

Web Developer

With over 25 years’ in-depth digital experience, Nick makes the most of his skills as Turquoise Creative’s website developer and programmer.

Nick offers a full suite of digital services to a wide variety of clients. His skills enable online brand advertising campaigns to present a consistent message to a high target audience – crucial in a competitive world with short attention spans.

Abbie May

Social Media Manager

Abbie is Turquoise Creative’s social media supremo, working hard to control the distribution, content and organisation of meaningful, engaging messages on networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

A key member of the team, Abbie is a graduate of the Buckinghamshire New University of High Wycombe, where she studied for 3 years.

Brand strategist extraordinaire, Chris has turned his 25 years’ expert experience into growth and organisational success for his clients. With the hands-on knowledge of brand positioning and development, Chris’ understanding of how to reach an audience through graphics, style, colours and fonts is just the beginning. A key part of Team Turquoise, Rebecca has those hard-to-master administrative skills that so many of us wish we had, but never quite manage to achieve.

Having established her Virtual PA Business, Alkira in 2008, Rebecca has worked for a number of high-profile organisations, including Thales, Suzuki, and Invensys APV.

Rebecca provides essential organisational know-how to Steve, keeping him on track to enable him to focus on his core skills within the Turquoise team.
