Choiroke is a concert platform that brings together a diverse range of choirs from across Surrey and Sussex for a one-night-only, choral spectacular that encourages and features the audience’s enthusiastic participation.

Choiroke’s first concert

The first concert took place at The Hawth in Crawley, West Sussex, in 2010, and debuted at Dorking Halls in Surrey in 2012 before returning to The Hawth in 2013. After a fabulous concert in 2014 at Dorking Halls, we’re thrilled to announce that Choiroke 2015 will return to Dorking on 21st March 2015.

Every choir taking part has the opportunity to showcase themselves by singing three songs of their choice – but one must be a Choiroke number so the audience can join in. The concert opens and finishes with the choirs singing together, the finale featuring two, powerful and spirited Choiroke numbers to ensure the evening ends on a high. Together, the choirs and the audience put on their synergetic extravaganza.
